I was born and raised in Colorado. Growing up in the mountains, I fell in love with skiing, hiking, scouting, and everything outdoors. I also spent time working in construction and property management with my family’s business. I moved to WA in 1990 when the Navy gave me the opportunity to choose a homeport; I chose Puget Sound which, fortunately, I was able to make my permanent home.

My professional background covers several fields. I have been in IT Operations and Software Development management for a global truck manufacturer and Project Management for a large global aerospace manufacturer.  I have also been a restaurant owner/operator and construction general contractor focused on remodels and flipping.
